Dispatch Authorization Rules
The page shows all the rules or conditions that result in a work order dispatch.
The smart table displays the following:

Name: The name of the dispatch authorization rule

Criteria value: The criteria that, if met, results in the dispatch rule running

Dispatch type: The type of dispatch that results when the criteria value is met; available types are:

Auto-assign exception: Work orders are not dispatched to assigned provider

Auto-dispatch exception: Work orders are not dispatched or sequentially dispatched to assigned provider

Auto-dispatch rule: Work orders are dispatched to assigned provider

Custom provider dispatch: Overrides the category-assigned provider to determine which provider to dispatch the work order to

Sequential dispatch rule: Work order are dispatched to assigned providers in order of priority/preference (up to three providers)

Rule priority: Indicates the order in which rules are processed, with the lower values being processed first
You can set the value from 1 to 99. The default value is 50.

Status : Indicates whether the rule is active or inactive
